All orders ship from Japan.

Processing time
In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Pre-order items ship from the date stated on the product page.

Delivery time
International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local customs.

Seasonal kits (Full Year plan)
Each seasonal kit is shipped separately as its season arrives. Please keep your shipping address up to date.

Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price and may be charged by your local customs upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us with your order number and we will help.
