We hope you love your Mewmira items. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Seasonal kits (Full Year plan)
You may cancel at any time. Kits that have not yet shipped will be refunded.

Please note
Natural variations in washi texture, fibers and color are part of its character and are not considered defects.
